How to send invoice

Add other information for your customer such as address, business name, and billing address. It will auto save your customer info and will fill automatically in the invoice. Next you pick your Invoice Terms, Invoice Date, and Due Date. Add Your Product/Service, Description, Quantity, Rate, and Amount. Your customer will receive an email invoice. Then they can pay online.

You can take a print or preview your invoice. Once you have verified all your information, you can then click the "save and send" button on your invoice and you are done.

If you have the desktop version of Quickbooks, the process for creating invoices will be a bit different. The desktop version is a bit more sophisticated and has different templates depending on whether you are doing a sales, service, or product invoice.
