Why you should brush your teeth?

Why your dentist ask you to brush your teeth at least twice a day? Brushing your teeth twice a day and flossing is the baisc way to keep your teeth healthy for life long time.  Keeping other parts of mouth healthy can benefit your overall health by preventing the risk of other harmful diseases.There are many reasons some we know and others others are less commonly known. Here are reasons why you should we brush our teeth regularly.

   
For fresh breath: Some of the food remains in our mouth after finishing our food. These allows bacteria to build upa resulting variety of problems. So to prevent bacteria building up, make sure you should brush your teeth twice a day after finishing your meal.


For Healthy Gums: Not brushing your teeth regularly results in build-up of plaque. Plaque can lead to gums diseases including Gingiviti that is the yellow lining on the base of the tooth. When you brush your teeth your teeth many a times you end-up with gums bleeding or inflammation, its is the sign of starting of gums diseases.

For Removing Teeth Stains- The toothpaste we use for brushing includes calcium carbonate, aluminium oxides dehydrated silica gels, phosphate salts hydrated and silicates that removes debris and surface stains of our teeth.


For Reducing the Chances of Heart Attack- The bacteria of mouth can travel with bloodstreams resulting in increase of cholesterol build up in arteries.

   


For Preventing Dementia-  Some researches has shown that Poor gum health increases the risk of developing dementia by a 30% to 40%.
